Why I didn't discover the wonders of the ever so magical crock pot years ago is beyond me! My crock pot is truly my best friend! This recipe is simply called "Everything Recipe" because you can pretty much just stick whatever you want in it and call it a day.
For this specific batch, I put in carrots, potatoes, celery, mushrooms, onions, corn, and frozen chicken breasts. Then, fill up with water, about 2/3 full. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4. Add salt and pepper, and tada! A delicious and effortless meal is complete! You can add any type of vegetables or meat for this recipe.
